One of a Kind Hospitality is a Chicago-based restaurant group with roots on Milwaukee Avenue dating back to 1991. What began with one neighborhood liquor store has grown into a collection of distinct restaurants, bars, and gathering places, each built with its own identity and reason to exist.

For more than three decades, we’ve created concepts around the way people actually eat, drink, and spend time together—from morning coffee and dinner to cocktails, game days, and late nights. While our concepts are different by design, they share the same approach: genuine hospitality, strong food and beverage programs, and places people want to return to.

We’ve grown alongside Logan Square, taking chances, evolving concepts, and learning when it’s time to try something new. Through it all, we’ve remained independently owned and deeply connected to the people, businesses, artists, organizations, and teams that make Chicago hospitality what it is.
